The problem

Some providers do not recognize Sana, causing members to pay out of pocket for care.

The goal

How might we help members see their providers more easily and eliminate out-of-pocket payments?

Sana Pay on desktop and mobile: a claim detail with the explanation of bill, a virtual card with spend tracking, and a card ready for Face ID payment.

The solution

Launched the Sana Pay MVP: a medical credit card giving members instant access to their preferred providers.

The problem

Users need access to affordable healthy food and OTC products, but accessibility remains a barrier.
